JEFF DENNEY - Jeff got his start in real estate by working for his father, Steve Denney developing land in Virginia and West Virginia in the year 2000. Together, they managed to acquire and develop several subdivisions in Hampshire County, WV and one in Frederick County, VA. Jeff also managed to obtain his Virginia and West Virginia real estate licenses in February 2004 to pursue part-time work as a real estate agent for A New Century Realty. Jeff and his wife, Maria also bought and leased investment properties to further enhance his real estate experience. Since moving to Shallotte in 2004, Jeff has been assisting his father with their family business, Carolina Land Enterprises, LLC in acquiring investment properties. MARIA DENNEY – Maria’s original involvement in real estate was acquiring investment properties to lease - a duplex and townhouse. At that point it was a stepping stone that had her thinking about going into real estate in the future. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and has over 20 years experience dealing with small, medium and large companies. Before moving to North Carolina in May 2004 she was training to take over the controller position at Oldcastle APG Northeast, Inc. in Manassas, VA. She obtained her Virginia and West Virginia real estate licenses in February 2004 in preparation to work for Thelma Ratliff at A New Century Realty. She and her husband moved to Shallotte, NC in May 2004 along with other family members who had already relocated here. She obtained her North Carolina real estate license in October 2005. Her professional attitude and precise eye for perfection will provide you with the guidance required for all your real estate desires.  She is an Honored VIP Member of Biltmore Who's Who effective in 2008.  She also has accomplished completion of the e-Pro certification in April 2009 and the SFR certification in December 2009.

Maria’s husband, Jeff is also a broker/realtor® with Coastal Breeze Realty, LLC. She is a proud mother of one daughter, Christina who lives here in Shallotte, NC with her husband Dan, less than a five minute drive away in another subdivision.
